Indications
Pinene + camphene + cineol + fenchone + borneol + anethol is used for:
treatment of :-
- urinary tract spasm.
- inflammation associated with urolithiasis.
also used in:
- dissolution & expulsion of stones in the renal system.
Adult Dose
1 - 2 capsule(s) 3 times daily before meals.
Colic:
2 - 3 capsules daily 4 - 5 times.
Child Dose
6-14 yrs:
Usually 1 capsule, twice daily; before meals.
Renal Dose
Administration
Oral, swallowed whole with water.
Contra Indications
Currently no know contra Indications found.
Precautions
Use with caution in patients on anticoagulants or drugs dependent on the liver for metabolism and excretion.
Liquid intake need to be increased during therapy.
Pregnancy-Lactation
Not advisable in pregnancy during the first trimester.

Mechanism of Action
It promotes diuresis and relaxes urinary tract spasm, thus assisting the passage of stones.
The therapeutic effect of the balanced combination of terpenes reduces urinary tract inflammation stimulating renal blood flow through the kidneys and increasing the output of a less concentrated urine.
